Totally agree that hypo's are totally different... Milder and not one even at night time that has needed a jog from hubby to say test... Not one since more fat..you got the hang of bolusing for about half the protein, you can google TAG total available glucose for more info.
it may take up to a month before you can hard exercise the same.
when your brain is running on 40% glucose and 60% fat, it has a hypo buffer, so your hypo symptoms may be reduced/different and chance of coma maybe much reduced
they did a LCHF test in the 60's, where they induced hypo by injecting insulin, from memory they had in under 2 and they were fine [as in not in a coma]Totally agree that hypo's are totally different...
