Hello Friends,

I know that certain herbs can support and promote the healthy functioning of the respiratory system, and taking the proper dosages of these herbs can encourage the body to ward off illness and diseases. Lung-supporting herbs can be purchased at any health food store or natural foods market, located in the vitamin section. So, I want to know more that how to support healthy lungs with herbs. If anyone having idea onit, then please discuss with me.

Thanks and Regards,

I can't help you specifically, but wonder why you want to do this.
If I understand the body/nutrition correctly, eating a healthy diet is the best way to build and maintain a healthy body and immune system.
This is where advice on that can diverge quite markedly.
I eat a high fat, high cholesterol diet (three eggs most days) because research led me to see these as essential for good health.
Others will restrict fats, control calorie intake, fast intermittently.

I feel the best advice I can give is that you investigate all possible options, only one of which is low-carbing (the one I follow.)
My studies led me to see that carbs, and particularly wheat, could lead to a number of complications. Others say this hasn't been proved.

There's no quick answer for you, apart from avoid polluted air (that would include tobacco smoke.) Research takes time, but may pay dividends.

I have heard that some herbs can 'freeze' cancer cells and help people with diabetes. However, most of these herbs are illegal in UK. You should research more into medicinal drugs on google and such to find out more about these herbs and their effects on all sorts of conditions.
