How's Everyone Getting on with the 600 Kcal Diet?

Hello all

I'm considering the 600 kcal diet to see if I can improve my HBA1c and to get rid of some pancreatic fat (apparently the biggest contributor to getting type II in the first place). I'm seeing my doctor next week to ask about support and/or to find out if anyone locally (diabetes research centre down the road) is replicating the study and looking for gunea pigs.

I know some of you are trying it for yourselves. Did you see what your GP thought first, or did you just 'go for it'? How are you doing with it all. Anyone keeled over through hunger yet?
Mimi.

GPs Blessing and help finding it easier than any other diet i have been on ,Just don't feel hungry at all
If you are going to do this stick as close as you can to the study diet
For best chance to copy results

Thanks for your info Bowell. I'll certainly have a look at the links. Also, it's good to know you have your GPs backing - how can you not have with such results! Congrats on being off the meds.
