Has anyone experienced weight loss with the mixed HRT patch 2 Stone in about 4 months? It’s steady now. I did watch what I was eating but nothing in the past ever allowed me to actually lose weight I’m still over 12 stone so not small. But pleased and my blood glucose in the morning is just around or just under 6 . No meds or maybe a half gliclazide when eating.
