Just wondered if anyone has took humulin m3 three times a day

I was on Mixtard 30 (exact same conposition as Humulin M3) BUT I took Mixtard 30 twice (morning and night) and I took Actrapid for lunch. I don't think it is a good idea to take Humulin M3 three times a day because the insulins will seriously overlap.

Hi I take humilyn3 twice a day and was told not to take it less than 8 hours between injections so it might be worth double checking

Yes.
I think to prepare me for separate injections. As M3 is a mixed insulin.

I lost nearly 4st by my insulins overlapping. I was delighted but readded 2 due to stopping metformin.
Seeing diabesity specialist on Tuesday as not the same support from separates.

I take humulin M3 twice per day and was told to take it before breakfast and before evening meal. This is also on the information leaflet. There is nothing about taking humulin 3 times per day.

I struggle sometimes with keeping it 8 hrs apart is it dangerous
