hunger?

So does anybody else feel like they cant go for too long without eating or is it just me?
Does anybody else just not feel full after eating no matter how small or big the portion, or is it just me? Even if i feel full it will wear off pretty quickly hense the first question. Is anybody else the same?

Why don't you try low carb high fat? I never feel hungry. You could then have a square of dark choccie with your evening meal? Works for me but we are all different! Lol

Hello to everybody! My name is Anna and I'm from Russia, but I also have diabetes (Type 1). Sorry for my English if I make mistakes
Sometimes I also suffer from unreal hunger. It can be espesially after my meal, just in 10-15 minutes. Now I understand that it can occur when I've got extra insulin in my blood. For example I need 3,5 units, but I put 4,5. Or! It may occur when the insulin is more rapid than the meal, so it runs faster.

Do decrease your units or eat something with a small amount of carbs like nuts!!
