Hurrah

I started off with three Aqua fit and two gym sessions a week. Then, when my leg started to hurt, I dropped the gym ( which I hated, anyway). This seems to be enough for me to keep in control.

I love aquafit too, and did similar to you with very low calorie diet a few years ago.

Hope you have your follow on plan.

Well done with stopping smoking too. You really have made positive changes. Justified in feeling proud of yourself.
 
I am so pleased with myself! One year after diagnosis my Hba1c has gone from 95 to 34. My cholesterol is down (triglycerides 0.6). I have lost three and a half stones, blood pressure normal and am off all meds. This is wholly due to the advice and support offered on this forum. Thank you.
