I am reading a book the diabetes cure by Dr. Vern that taking hydroxycitric acid tablets 1 hour before meals can reduce type 2 is this true I am taking slim fast 1 in the morning and 1 around 13:00 & a normal dinner at night my blood reading is now 6.1 to 7.0
