Hyperglycemia after exercise

I have the same problem of post exercise hyperglycemia. I do 75 mins of cycling and today my blood sugar level was 92 but 1 and half hour later it was 118mg/dl.

First up, 118mg/dl isn't hyperglycaemia, it's within a normal for non-diabetic range.

Secondly, if you do anaerobic exercise, your liver releases glucose to feed your muscles and this is what causes your glucose levels to increase. Depending on how you cycle, you may be experiencing that (when I cycle, it's generally a lot of stop start sprinting, which is anaerobic rather than aerobic).
