That's great. But don't forget/be aware that cutting out the carbs is good - but the other side of the coin is upping your fat intake. I know we've been brain-washed into thinking fat = bad, but there's a lot of research that pretty much debunks this. Good saturated fat - such as coconut oil, lard (yes, even lard!), olive oil, duck fat, etc. is very nourishing (just don't use any seed/vegetable oils). You might find eating slightly more good saturated fat will help raise your energy levels. Good luck.
