Anyone tried hyonotherapy to help with diabetes
Really considering this as often sabotage my efforts with something sweet etc and would appreciate hearing your experiences

Borderter, I have used hypnotherapy, but not for diabetes. I used it to deal with a very stressful period in my life. It worked very well for me.

I'd suggest if you are going to seek help from a professional hypnotherapist that you think very hard about what you want to achieve. The hypnotherapist builds on your instructions. As an example, giving up smoking is pretty straightfoward for a hypnotherapist, in that the individual wants to stop. No more. With food, we still have to eat, so think hard about exactly what you want to achieve.

Good luck with it. It can work out really well.
