Hypo at 4pm every day

I am going slightly hypo every day at 4pm. Would this be due to my lunch short acting insulin or morning long acting?

Hi Ned, what time do you take your quick acting insulin ? also what basal insulin are you on and when are you taking this ?

Quick acting is depleted after about 3 hours, so if you going hypo after this then look at your basal dose. The easiest way to determine how your basal is working is to try some fasting tests and you will know for sure if you're taking too much then.
