It only works if there symptoms of perspiration or decrease in skin temperature & is made by Giant Medical. I would be really glad to hear whether anyone has experience of this, and if so, whether it has worked for you. Many thanks

Hi happychoc.

The device you mention is an American product and costs about £130 here. Very expensive !
There is a Northants Company called MedPage Ltd who manufacture and supply a product which is purpose made as a low blood glucose alarm. This link takes you to the website with details and prices. It is much cheaper at £69.95 and is VAT free by completing a form.

Hope this helps.
Ken.

There's an ad in the current edition of Balance for a hypoglycaemia alarm at £69.99 including P&P try

So it is! I should read more carefully, but I knew I'd seen that ad in Balance.
