Hypo levels in a non-Diabetic are considered to be anything below 2.5 mmol/l.
In a Diabetic it is anything below 4 mmol/l.

Thank you, I was probably looking at values for diabetics. Thank you for the link, it explains it well and I suppose my levels arent very low if they are 2.1, so thats encouraging, i just feel really bad with it.
