What is the term to describe when your blood sugar drops below three(mm/L) or lower? (Insulin Shock?)

Just called a hypo. Some judge a hypo at different levels, 4, 3.5 or whatever. It describes low BG levels which are beginning to impair brain function.
 
Hypo is short for hypoglycaemia and means "low", as opposed to hyperglycaemia, which means "high".
 
Thanks, I wasn't specific enough with my query. When BS is so low you go into a coma, or get dangerously close to going into a coma. Ta!!
