I have to agree. I have severe insulin resistance so I take protein nibble rather than glucose asi dont want to flood with insulin after glucose intake. Protein is enough for me but everyone is different.
I very very rarely have hypos now, even on mixed insulin and very regular testing.
@nosher8355 Thats why glucose tablets are good - easy to measure and take as much as needed.
@ally1 Perhaps it was just a one off? Be aware of what it felt like and test if you feel at all 'off' but don't let it stress you. It sounds like you're doing very well
There is so many, but if you look on the home page there is a list there!
The main ones are shaking, sweating, thirst, confusion, hunger, heart palpitations, and so on. But as is often said, we have different symptoms, I never had the shakes or palpitations.
