I agree, but I just wanted to warn ally about quick high spikes, which because she is doing so well, a little boost is all that's necessary!
I have to agree. I have severe insulin resistance so I take protein nibble rather than glucose asi dont want to flood with insulin after glucose intake. Protein is enough for me but everyone is different.
I very very rarely have hypos now, even on mixed insulin and very regular testing.

You can buy them at chemists (Boots, whatever) and some big supermarkets. Glucose or Dextrose are the same thing.

There is so many, but if you look on the home page there is a list there!

The main ones are shaking, sweating, thirst, confusion, hunger, heart palpitations, and so on. But as is often said, we have different symptoms, I never had the shakes or palpitations.
