hypo

I agree, but I just wanted to warn ally about quick high spikes, which because she is doing so well, a little boost is all that's necessary!
I have to agree. I have severe insulin resistance so I take protein nibble rather than glucose asi dont want to flood with insulin after glucose intake. Protein is enough for me but everyone is different.
I very very rarely have hypos now, even on mixed insulin and very regular testing.

@nosher8355 Thats why glucose tablets are good - easy to measure and take as much as needed.

@ally1 Perhaps it was just a one off? Be aware of what it felt like and test if you feel at all 'off' but don't let it stress you. It sounds like you're doing very well :)
Thank you. I was petrified but now know what to look out for and to test

reading this can someone please tell me as many symptoms as possible for being too low/hypo? many thanks

There is so many, but if you look on the home page there is a list there!

The main ones are shaking, sweating, thirst, confusion, hunger, heart palpitations, and so on. But as is often said, we have different symptoms, I never had the shakes or palpitations.
