Had a hypo last night had no ldea why went to bed after checking my sugar level 8.7 feeling great then coming around with paramedics seeing to me I have been fine with my sugar levels dont now why anyone have any ideas :(

I've had this in the past feeling confident my bloods were fine then ending up having a hypo,my husband has told me when I came round I was doing a lot of tossing and turning in my sleep and even though I was asleep I couldn't seem to get comfortable,maybe I had used a lot of energy and thats why I had a hypo.now if I am dong the same hubby wakes me and asks if I'm okay or do I need to snack.
