Hypoglycaemia and flatulence?

does anyone find that they have terrible flatulence, when they are hypo??

Hi @Jellis welcome to the forum

I haven't had this myself - I sometimes get the urge for a wee and that's one of the signs I am going hypo, giving your post a bump to see if anyone else experiences this.
