First of all, I am a man and not yet been pregnant! I cannot imagine how you are coping having hypos. Which I have had in bundles before I got a true diagnosis. I have read extensively on my condition and it does mention that some pregnancies are a very similar symptoms and reactions to carbs, sugar and particularly glucose. I have had five or six eOGTTs. Which is longer than a T2 or a usual pregnant diabetic. That is two hours, an eOGTT is five hours because the hypo doesn't happen in the first two hours, but I have heard about some that do, in those that have had surgery, gastric bypass and the band. My problem is I am carb intolerant, as well as lactose intolerant. And it is the reason why I have Hypoglycaemic episodes if I have carbs, so I don't! I can only advise to see a specialist and get a different test, such as a mixed meal test or a fasting test. The only other thing is you have too much insulin circulating around the body. So an insulin levels test should be done. C-peptide and a G.A.D test. I may be wrong, and it is something else. So a referral is a good option. My condition has its own sub forum, Reactive hypoglycaemia. I have an abnormal hormonal response (insulin), and I spike very quickly, higher than normal. My pancreas has a secondary response which is too much, that drives my blood glucose levels down into hypoglycaemia. Which causes a lot of health issues. Keep safe
