Hypos and resulting illness

Hi all,

Linking to the Hot Weather thread on General discussion, I have a question.

This recent spell of hot weather has resulted in me having a few hypos.

I have found that afterwards I have no energy, my muscles feel sore and I feel nauseous for a good 24 hours afterwards.

Has anyone else found this? Previous hypos have left we feeling wiped out for a few hours, but this recent batch has left me feeling particularly dreadful for far longer.

Not really but could it just be due to the hot weather making you feel even worse than normal??? x

Reduce your insulin to avoid the hypo's, also testing more than you usually would will help you spot them early.
