Hypos and stomach ache

As a warning? Not really for me, but hypos cause a whole swathe of symptoms and vary from person to person. Most people feel very hungry! (Always a mistake to have anything too nice as your emergency carbohydrate because it's way too easy to eat too much of it.) My main symptom, other than feeling shaky/hungry is that I find complex abstractions difficult (eg maths).

Not an ache, but something like hunger pangs are a sign for me to check bg. I often feel that when I'm around 4. Or I'm just hungry of course.

Yeah it must be the same then. It’s similar to hunger pangs but higher up. I always thought perhaps it’s the pancreas itself because I’ve had it when I’m not hungry.

I actually like it, because this feeling usually warns me of a hypo coming up before it's there. The best hypo is a prevented one!

I don't get stomach ache, but can get hunger pains, like today, just cooked lunch and bingo 3.7mmol/l, timing for a change was perfect so didn't use fast acting glucose, just carried on and ate lunch.
