In the past week I have been having Hypo's at around 7 in the evening. I haven't changed any of my eating habits. I do my last dose of Novorapid at 4:30pm and my carb ratio is at 1:10 and it has always been that since doing carb counting. Not sure whether I should change that to see if that helps and if I do I'm not sure by how much I should change it. Any help would be appreciated :)

Hi Nicola
2.5 hours after novorapid is a classic time for a hypo if there is an overdose compared to carb intake
that is near max time for the NovOrapid
more help on carb intake please

Nicola, insulin ratio's do change so it maybe that you need to change your I:C ratio for your evening meal, but depending on what time you take your basal insulin it might be worth doing a basal check to rule this out first.
