I have recently started using the freestyle liner and have noticed a pattern at night between around 2 and 4am where my blood sugar drops and then recovers without me noticing or waking up. Has anybody else seen this before?

Are you aware of compression lows?
This is where pressure on the Libre sensor causes it to report false lows.
This often happens overnight when we may lie on our arms and put pressure on the sensor.

This may be the reason for your reported low at around 4am.
If it was me, I would check to see if there is a trend of this happening every night and, if so, set and alarm to check the Libre against a finger prick reading.

Ah thank you. I wasn’t aware and I do sleep on my sensor arm so that would make sense. I will try the other arm with my next sensor.
