Hi everyone I've been a type 2 for about 2 years I'm on metformin and glucocide quite a high dose my recent HBAC1 was 48 but recently I've had loads if hypos so I'm going to my GP to sort my medication out have anyone else had this when there bloods improved x
 
Hi Gliclazide can move blood sugar down to cause hypos as it stimulates the pancreas. It looks like you may need to reduce the dose; talk to your GP
