Hi and welcome...for your appointment, are you keeping a BG diary and food list?
I would test before breakfast, before tea, before bed, and 2 hr after each meal for a few days to give the nurse a good idea of your levels

as novorapid said, if it's regular, you may need your meds reduced,
if you have reduced your intake of carb/food, you may have reduced your need for insulin stimulation from some of the glicazide/sitagliptin ...I would have more than weetabix for breakfast, I would have a protein and fat..eggs or sausages and see if that stabilises you a bit more
are you able to ring for advice from the Dr/nurse in the interim, .. if you are still going low, take more carbs and ring your dr
1/2 can of real coke..or liquid glucose 15g jelly beans ...and then 1/2 a sandwich total about 30g carbMy blood glucose monitor records the levels so I'll take it with me. The food diary is easy because I keep one for Slimming World. I could take my bloods more often but I'm sure they are around 5.5- 5.8
I think the diet and weight loss probably means I need to lessen the meds, I'll watch the results until Monday and it will give me a clearer picture..
Thanks for the helpful advice. All I need to do now is work out how to get over a hypo quickly!
