Diabetes patients should never have a Hypo if everyone carried glucose tablets it is just common sense it is irresponsible if you do not carry glucose tablets full stop and if you have a mishap example driving and having a hypo the full weight of the law should come down on you
Diabetics have a condition that is sometimes not in control and carrying glucose tablets cannot stop the hypo.
Some have awareness some don't.
Some with blood sugar disorders can't take glucose as this would spike them worse than having a hypo.
Spikes can be just as worse as hypos.
In that case, sinbad, all diabetics should be prevented from driving.
That's just not necessary!
The law on this is near to what I would recommend.

Wow...! Where did this come from.?
Would this "wrath" be just a driving offence? To which the law clearly defines the responsibility of the insulin dependant In this respect... Or to clarify a "mishap" such as hypo in charge of an iPad??
I don't carry "gluco tabs" not since I was about 8, but I do make sure I am in possession of the sort of items that would put the "child catcher" from Chitty Bang Bang to shame...
