So I’ve been trying really hard to cut my carbs and I’ve done it.

No been higher than 6.3 all day.

Carbs is 13.1 and 8g of those were pesky tomatoes at breakfast!

Been eating lower carb sausages and mattessons, way less hungry than before and even better I’m managing in the 4s for longer.(thanks to those that suggested them, can’t remember names sorry)

Still but nervous when driving so when I got to 4.3 I did eat something in case it got to under 4 as another two hours till food.

I’m assuming I can post this as I got told off for celebrating low levels the other day.

But I’m so happy.

All goes to prove that diet choices do affect your scores. Well done. I rarely see a 4 and would celebrate too if I got them.

In fact I’m thinking I need to reassess and start counting everything again as i suspect some carb creep has occurred. Actually I know it has. But I’m on holiday this week so it’ll have to start next week. I’m not being bad by any means, just not as good as I was in the early days.

Thanks. Been getting a lot of 4s last few days.

Eating a lot less as well’
Struggling a little but think that’s mind games. Keep thinking I need to eat a bit more carbs to feel better. I haven’t. But the thought creeps in.
Enjoy your hols
