I had a chat with DN today (I refrained from explaining about the chocolate ice cream that's made me feel pants), but overall she was happy with my progress, continued weight loss, BG levels that are slowly creeping down and generally stable 
. I have a blood test booked for my hba1c later this week, results will be forwarded on to me. Just hope it shows on my hba1c test that my BG has improved from the 103 is was back in December. I don't intend falling off the wagon again in a hurry, to be honest it really scared me. My levels are anything from 6.9 up to 8.5 after meals and 9 -12.5 is a high if you know what I mean, which I don't get very often unless I have been naughty
