I 'm talking statins
just had dinner liver and bacon .But i have not took the statin.
i cant put up with these joints pains.. so. i'm cutting out the statin on a trail bases.
today i have all ready taken 6 pain killer. and gave up on the plastering which might be for the best ..(i'm no plaster.)
 



I take these herbal no side effects, and they work.
 
You need to take coq10 - or even better ubiquinol - google statins and coq10 x
 
Don't know how long you have been taking statins for, but for me they needed to be reduced before stopping ... I tried to just stop and the side effects were horrid, then the HFN got me to reduce them and I should be stopping completely in a week or two
 
I stopped went cold turkey and never looked back.
Cholesterol since then is doing all the right things.
Hope it works out for you whatever you decide.
