I figured that since I'm a new to the forum, that it would be good to say hi letting you know I want to be a helpful member of this community.

Hello to all you folks hereon. I am T2 for 17 years and 76 year old male.
Was on oral medication for 10 years and am now on insulins, novolog and novolin Regular.
I had my A1C done this morning and it was 7.3 percent. The unusually cold December had me indoors too much and I missed my outdoor exercise walking and biking. My philosophy is: "All of us is smarter than any of us". My exhortation is: "Live ecstactically, riding the eternal breaking crest of the wave of becomingness!"

Hi Brueslamar and a warm welcome to the forum - a very good way to start the new year :) The weather will improve soon and you will be able to get out to do your exercise in nice weather hopefully. :)
