After lurking around this site for sometime – I am now sure you all are friendly people and that is why I have now taken the big step to come out in the open.
Let’s start from the start. My name is Pine, I am 53 and I do creative spelling and writing? Seriously I have always been a nut and bolt guy – so writing is new and on top of that English is my 2nd means of communicating.
I have been a Type 2 since 1996 on Metformin and about 3 years ago I stop all medication. I now control my Blood Sugar with diet and exercise.
Although I have lost 2 jean sizes – I haven’t managed to loss a kilogram, I am sure that I am one of the fittest fat guys you are ever going to meet.
I am really looking forward to getting to know you all and also learning how you manage and control you D’s

Hi, welcome to us all here, its nice of you to join us we are here to help n support. Please feel free to ask any questions you feel/need to. We are all different and individual and happy to help each other along here on the forum. You have done well to control your BS without meds and just using diet and excersise only. Anna. :D

A welcome from me too. Great job getting your BS down. Are you also doing well with your blood pressure and blood fats?. I guess that all your exercise helps there too. Sadly exercise and I have never been great friends!!
