So have I!!! Yay!!!!!!
Tested last night, for the first time in about a week, and was very surprised to see that it was between four and eight. I'm hoping it's not an effect of the bad tummy after taking CQ10 - although that was 48 hours ago now. I feel like I'm actually making progress!

I am so happy for you Julia. Is it showing anything on the scales yet?
Mine is the palest of pink, or it was last night, but it is no more than I deserve after my chocolate fest. I ate nothing but protein yesterday (one gram of carb all day  ) I may get a little colour back again soon. That will teach me!

I'm off to Detroit on tomorrow, where my ketone blood testing meter has been patiently waiting for me for the past month. Was having a little chat on Facebook with Jimmy Moore, who has read the new (as yet unpublished) Phinney and Volek book which recommends testing blood ketones once a day for 60 days. At $5 per test strip, I'm not sure I'll be going that far.
