I can’t download charts from main website

Hi,

I have been trying to download the free blood glucose level charts and the Hb mmol monitoring charts without any success.

When I am prompted to type in my email address I just keep being directed to another webpage.

Could anyone tell me how I can obtain these charts?

Hi there @Perfumeflower53 - Could you please copy the web address where you are trying to log in onto here? I can then look into it for you.

I can't download them either and I sent an email about this months ago and it hasn't been answered.

I'll raise this with the techie guys. When I click the link posted, I return a page error. Is that what happens for you guys?

Hi DCUK,

The only way I can describe the webpage I was trying to download from is where there is a video of a young lady sitting on a wooden bench with the heading ‘blood sugar levels’and there is a ‘freedownload’ heading underneath where you need to type in your email address to receive the downloads of the charts via email..

Hope this makes sense..

Looking at that page, do you mean you didn't receive an email, or what were you actually trying to downlaod? I know it's a bind, but when I report something to the techies it needs to be as specific as possible because the site is so extensive.

Hi,

When I am prompted to type in my email address and then click on the ‘get now’ tab in the above link it just directs me to my profile page. Same thing happened to archersuz.

I was trying to download the blood sugar level charts.
As far as I know I followed the prompts correctly but that freedownload doesn’t work.

Very sorry. I don’t know how else I can be more specific. Other than describing what the webpage looks like as I have already done in my post @12
