I Don't Like Sundays

Whilst The Boomtown Rats sang "I Don't Like Mondays" for me it is Sundays which I don't like. Monday to Saturday I have my routine, the times I eat, exercise and so on but Sundays when others are at home all day my routine changes and I never feel right for it even when my levels are in order. I know it is in my head as I feel shaky even when I have in range blood sugar readings, I also feel hungry all the time whilst it was a Sunday when I felt so rough that I talked myself in to confronting it and getting myself checked out so maybe that plays on my mind.

Anyway, does anyone else have a day of the week where they always seem to struggle, feeling like their diabetes is out of synch more than others?

Since I was diagnosed with Type 2, I have never experienced a hypo or a hyper. I never feel dizzy, and never have any 'funny turns'. This is despite the fact I am wary of taking my Metformin. My readings are high only in the mornings after eight hours sleep, and obviously no food during the period. I also cope with sugar (although I don't normally eat much of it, and never have for at least 20 years.) and after a 'normal' meal, I can get low readings within an hour. Is a puzzlement as Yul Bryner said.
