So, please don't be put off trying something new just because previous medication hasn't had the desired effect. Your GP can refer you to a psychiatrist, or if you already have one, contact them by telephone & request a domicillary visit or phone consultation. There's always a way forward. Talking therapy doesn't work for everyone...but that doesn't mean nothing can be done for you. Solution focused therapy is very different than CBT & is worth exploring when everything else has failed. If you prefer, you can access this online.
