Okay odd thing but recently i started taking Terbinafine for athletes foot, a few days later i started to get dizzy spells and feeling in my head like my brain was been pulled out. it was very odd, also my blood sugar rose. After taking it for a couple of weeks I spoke to the nurse who told me to stop taking it.
Since then my blood sugar is still very high (18.8 yesterday first thing typically 8/9 in the morning) and although the dizzy feeling has gone away a lot i now feel like i'm shaking all over - but my hand is steady. Also my muscles feel really tight like i need to be stretched out.

typically i've also almost completely run out of testing strips (i thought i had a box in the cupboard but i dont) - i have two left but i'm waiting to too make sure its been 2 hours after eating before i test.

any help would be great

I think even though I'm not certain is what's happening is you having fluctuations in your blood glucose levels.
It is most probably down to your meds.
I'm only guessing, as that is one of the symptoms.
You are on glicizide, and that is a drug that reduces blood glucose levels.
It could also be a false hypo, but as I say, I'm not sure.
Have a word with your GP, he will test you to see what is going on.
And probably have a medication review to get you back on track.
Get more strips!!!
