Hi Folks

I just wanted to let you all know that I am having fantastic results from a food plan that I have started...I don't know whether anybody has mentioned this before but I did a quick search without any results...anyway..
I switched to the Herbalife food plan about 8 weeks ago as i was really getting fed up with my weight etc..other systems and plans that I followed just mucked up my blood sugar levels and insulin intake completely but I thought I would give it a go...so...at the start I was taking 100 units of insulin mixtard 30 a day, approx 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening, after just the third day I was able to decrease my insulin down to 70 units in a day (keeping a very close on levels!) and now 8 weeks down the line, not only have I lost 37lbs in weight (still a long way to go!) but I am now on approx 40 units of insulin a day (So Excited!) feel ten times better and am never hungry!
I just really wanted to share that with you all to say that there is hope out there! Herbalife make sure that they don't make any medical claims but I know it works for me!
If you want to know anymore you can either PM me or you can go onto the website that i went on and do a free body fat analysis (http://www.neil.blooming-healthy.net) but make sure to mention that you are diabetic...good luck to all :D

Lol more ****** advertising.

hmmm....what do i have to do...show you my before and after pics and my record of blood levels. I think that comment was a bit uncalled for as I am only trying to help and as I said it works for me. If you haven't tried it I suggest you do :)

She has gained a lot of weight and developed type 2 diabetes since she became an agent for the stuff.

I really would like to see how as there are no sugars, natural sugars or bad carbs in the products...I did my homework before posting :)

oh well, i'm proud of my achievements...if you want to persist in your negativity then that is a problem that you obviously have with yourself...feel good for other people sometimes, you may find it makes you happy :D

advertising like like this in your first post on the forum is never going to go down well

Go to the website - its a hoot.

I put in mt data - but used a spoof email address. Initially I am 12lbs under what they think I should be. Very quickly this was transferred to being how to take off 6 Lbs to get to my target.

Hohohohohoho.

Don't think I will bother.

good grief...it's no wonder that Diabetes research is still in the dark ages if you negative minded lot are anything to go by. Do you not want the chance of something actually working for you?...of course if you put false figures into a computer survey it's going to throw out stupid answers, it's a computer programme that relies on faithful input!
I really don't understand the negativity!
btw thanks to the nice people that have taken the survey and have sent positive feedback through it :)

Do you sell Herbalife? Where is the questionnaire, I didnt see it, is it your website/business?

Its good if whatever diet you are following has helped you, but coming to the forum hoping to drum up business is not good.
Herbalife is expensive and not something anyone should be on for any prolonged time, much better to use just normal food and work with it till we have the correct balance of food intake and bg levels.

All the best to you

Karen
