Type 2
I'm type II diabetic it don't hurt though my blood sugar ranges have been fine, and I take 750 metformin once a day, I lost weight so I'm working on my self more.

But I've noticed this my sister said it could be a mole it don't hurt but it never went away or it stays the same size its not a good photo but maybe you can figure this out I don't think it's a sore cause sores are bigger then that and I have feeling in my feet.

So I don't know what it is I always take care of my feet.

Hi there, it could be anything or nothing to be perfectly honest. You should really have someone (your nurse, Doc or Podiatrist) take a peep at it.

In your shoes, I wouldn't be panicking, but I wouldn't be ignoring it. If you're bendy enough, I'd certainly want a decent photo of it, and to measure it, then I would know if it was changing at all in the time it took to have it looked at.

Foot changes aren't to be taken lightly, and were it to be at the "not good" end of the spectrum (as opposed to the "nothing to worry about end), at least it's been seen. Do you have any appointments in your diary you could use to have this looked at?

I've only once had to go to the Podiatry walk-in clinic when I had a dark spot under the nail of my big toe. It transpired to be a bruise. I wasn't made to feel like I'd over reacted, in fact the opposite. I was told I had done the right thing having it checked.

Good luck with it all.

could be nothing .................. but............. given the type 2 background
best to get it checked out - feet are very precious :)

Thanks, I think sometimes it might be a bruise as well cause I have two cats, and they sleep with me one by the bottom of my feet, and he'll tend to think your playing when you move your feet but wouldn't have healed by now unless it's just sensative area for a bruise, I'll make an apportionment with my foot doctor to make sure, I think I'm due for one anyways.
