I hate feeling rubbish

Sorry, just wanted a rant!!!!!

Being feeling sick since Friday :( it wouldnt bother me if my sugars were running high, but every now and again they have dropped and forcing myself to have dextros tabs really is hard work

Some stupid woman drove into the back of my car on thursday night (then claimed she didnt think she drove into the back of us) and ive been feeling rubbish since, including daddy of headache, neck/shoulder pain, dizzyness, my arm keeps going numb and of course feeling sick

I got complained at at work on friday because i had to leave early (left at 4 after being there for 8 hours) because I just wanted to curl up.

LOL my rant over

Don't rant - just go and see a doctor urgently. Even A & E would be a good idea. Something could have got injured. You can't be too careful with that sort of thing. I do hope you feel better soon.

the incident happened next to a fire engine!!!! they wanted to turn our little car into a convertable lol my hubby (driving) was a bit of a drama queen so they called paramedics, noone asked me how i was doing BUT i had to make sure my 2 babies (3yr old and 8 month old) who were in back of the care was OK i kinda figured since they were concentrating on him, i got out of car to check on them!! Paramedic did briefly check on me but nothing hurt so that was that... went to A&E friday night (was having some issues breathing - was told it was bruised chest and my other symptoms were put down to whiplash) - LOL the impact must have been 5-10mph max so no damage to car, and very little to us :) just feeling sorry for myself

I would go back to A & E and get checked-out again, headaches/dizziness/numbness and being sick are all causes for concern.

Sorry to hear about your accident, no wonder you are feeling rubbish :(

Glad you are all ok but i agree that you should get yourself checked out again.

I was in a car accident when i was 18, somebody driving too close, somebody pulled out in front of me so i had to slam my brakes on and the car behind hit me at 70mph.
I 'only' had whiplash but had to wear a neck brace for 6 weeks, i had neck pain, headaches, nausea.

Hope you are feeling better soon x

I hope you feel better soon..... get checked out though, and then buy a nice magazine and curl up and rest.

well I've finally got a docs appoint today, since a&e were so useful  i have appointment at my GP's - after feeling sick for a week, not full use of my right hand, headaches coming and going I just hope they take me seriously :|

lol thanks patch :P regarding claim, i have considered it, however not sure I want all the hassle :)

saw the doctor today who has given me a whole host of painkillers :? she was shocked that a&e hadnt bothered - she was really nice and did a full check, she had a couple of concerns but we are just seeing how things go over the next week so fingers crossed and nothing "serious" or anyworse than whiplash.

I only put post on as i was feeling sorry for myself  i still am but at least the doc took me serious and didnt shrug me off as the other 1 did :)

Hi Dragonfly

Pleased to hear you have been listened to and taken seriously. Whiplash is not a nice injury. I do hope it all settles down soon.

Good luck
