All of a sudden it seems to be every where now ha!....still on Raw food and im getting used to it

There are some stunning raw food recipes out there, aren't there?

Have you got a dehydrator yet? Brilliant thing. And a vitamix or magic bullet? Ace.

And once you've got your kale supply sorted, kale crisps are fab.

Vitamix at £500-650 not a chance but my "Andrew james" one is fine and has a glass jug. Having said that i use the bullet more than any thing else as its so easy to wash out. im now in the realms of maybe buying a water distiller. Im growing wheat grass and have the extractor for that so watch this space. Regards from Steve Luton and suffering from now 6 diseases including "Vasculitis and have up loaded a short 2 min vid here
to give you folks an idea of how sick you can get be it liver or maybe diabetes problems im not sure.

I assume you have been referred to see a vascular consultant at your hospital?, is it on the mend ? I hope so buddy. And no doubt you have done lots of research both on this forum and the internet for tips to help your recovery. Foot care was the main things my DN drummed into me. I know I have vascular issues, my warning was some 15 years ago when I had a bypass, and again in 2004 when I spent 9 months in hospital. But seeing yours is a sharp reminder to us all. I also take it you are having the district nurse coming to check on you ?

Double edged sword for you mate, I can only suggest you need to keep both your BG and BP down and do whatever excercise your conditions allow, anything that will assist to tame the beast.

I really hope you feel better soon, and wish you well and keep posting on here to let us know your ok.

On the subject of "Kale" iv looked all over my town and in the big super markets and i cannot find it
any where. in fact people even the asian people say theyv never heard of it. Im from Bedfordshire
btw.
Hi, Kale's definitely available in Tesco's St Neots close to Bedfordshire, I'm sure Tesco's in Bedford would have it, it would be in Bags packed simular to spinach. In fact there are 2 Tesco's in Bedford they will definitely have it. By the way this is an English veg not an asian vegetable.

This all started with an ulcer on my right inside heel. Then the spots appeared and the hospital at the time said the ulcer was dry skin HA!
i ended up calling for help and the nurses came. Many visits to hospital and many visits from nurses at home. Biopsy as well from dermatologists with many blood tests to check the kidneys as vasculitis can attack them plus other organs in the body including the brain. Iv since gone on a vegan diet and the medical people are impressed that the legs are healing quicker than normal. I put that down to the intake of green leafy foods and followed "Markus Rothkranz" like a religion as he is a walking miracle.

Sounds like you have a very healthy grip on it buddy, when I saw your video, I couldn't imagine how you would be dealing with the pain, let alone trying to live even a glimmer of a normal life, so hats off there, I know it's a long term thing, getting better, but just keep fighting the fight. You sound like you have tons of pma.

Good luck

to describe it the sensation is like ya legs are on fire and some one is stabbing you with a long needle while 230 volts of electric is going in as well.
The only friend i had was a bowl of very cold water to keep using a flannel to cool down the areas. i counted 162 ulcers in all and most of them have now burst and "plasma (yellow stuff) poors down ya legs. Just got back around 3:15 pm having had the legs rebound by the nurse. Gabapentin was prescribed by the hospital some weeks ago but does very little. Tried "Tramadol " but 2 tablets have you floating round the room then you throw up several times as its the next thing to "Morphine"....very strong indeed. Doctor said take 1 as they will hammer you. AAAH you dont say ;-)

Sounds horrific....I'm way past the tramadol stage,:-) I was on fentanyl aka space juice, then they used morphine as a filler, as then oramorph to get me through the withdrawals, I was in hospital 9 long months, and had fistulas in places I didn't know existed.

Oops pressed the wrong button :-) ...I was about to say, I know your pain buddy, hang in there, and do as your told next time :-)
