Type of diabetes
Don't have diabetes
first time to treat your diabetes is destroy your stress factor, because it's the big factor that will makes your diabetes keep normally

How do you destroy your stress factor? If you mean remove all the things in your life that cause stress that is not so easy for some of us.

you can doing relaxation, there is a secret for these. remove your stress factor not only with holiday, but you can do anything you like

Egar, you've already been asked to provide the source for some of the "advice" you've been posting. I'm not a moderator so can be a bit more direct.

You have NO expertise in diabetes, you've posted stuff about caffeine that has no bearing on diabetic control whatsoever. You also mentioned you are writing an ebook on diabetes - I suggest you don't bother, because you obviously haven't got a clue about the condition.

Please stop posting nonsense on this forum, people come here for help and your "advice" is totally misleading with no scientific basis.

I'm sure you mean well with your information and yes, many of us are aware that stress is not good for diabetics...it is not good for anybody. But as diabetics, we cannot do anything we like to get rid of it..we have to be very sensible about it and try to get our lives in order and keep it so within reason.

Hi Egar, you say you don't have diabetes, so I expect you must be caring for someone who is. How did you reduce their stress levels, also remember stress is a part of life, yes you have a choice .. To stress or not to stress about something, is down to the individual. Stressful situations are not alway avoidable, but how the individual deals with the stress is.

Lovely idea to remove stress - it's up there near the top of the list with curing world hunger and giving everybody a brilliant education. As for just taking a holiday to remove the stress - really? I'd love to do anything I like, but life's not like that - not here at ground level anyway.

I ended up in hospital, December 2015 and especially January 2016, were horrendous months for me. No matter how hard I tried 'not to get stressed, anxious and running about like a headless chicken' I nearly had a melt down on public transport and nearly a break down too.

Dear @Robinredbreast I'm sending you an enormous hug and huge respect for how you coped with your episode. I had no idea. You always have so much care for others I wish that my arms could reach down to Hertfordshire. Much love Anna x

Thank you Anna, you never know how life and it's demons can affect you, but it's in the past and moving on now x

I treat my stress with rainbows, unicorns, and fairy dust.
I never had you down as the type.. Maybe we could make a night of it. Put on a Frozen DVD. Drink white wine spritzers (diet of course.) do our nails & compare meter readings..?

I listen to those who guide thru experience, not empty vessels, who despite their best intentions, have zero idea of the condition. Pause, think and learn. You have a LONG road ahead.
