Basically what happens when i'm sick and also bored:

The calculation is made according to the Mifflin St Jeor Equation. In the first worksheet the gender and activity level is from a drop down list, don't type in the boxes next to the BMR or BMR+PAL as it will delete the formulas and i was to lazy to protect the cells. Only type in the grey boxes (next to age, height and weight). Keep in mind that it's in metric, if people are interested enough i'll do an imperial option too. On the second tab you can adjust the percentages (only the percentages) to give you an idea on how many calories you'll get from that and the grams (rounded to multiples of 1). Once again if you type in anything other than the percentages column you'll delete the formula. The grams are calculated as carbs and protein = 4 Kcal and fat = 9 Kcal.

Edit: for the percentages you need to have 100 total or you should get error messages in the other total boxes. The percentages that are typed in right now are not bases on requirement, i just typed in something that equals 100.

If you find any errors, formula mistakes, typing/spelling mistakes please let me know. Or if you find it completely useless you can also let me know :D Any suggestions for further expansion are off course always welcome.

To download follow the link below and press the download button (upper right corner), it should download as an excel sheet and work as long as you have a compatible version of excel. If not please let me know and i'll try to find another way.

Good to know, always had trouble getting some excel sheets to work in openoffice that i downloaded. Might add an option to calculate calories for weight loss or weight gain in the future if anyone is interested. Probably gonna brush up on my VBA before i continue though.
