I have just found out that my signature has been showing the incorrect information for the last 3 months.

Back in December I had a blood test taken prior to having a Colonoscopy. When I randg the surgery to see what the test results were, I asked if they included an HbA1c and Cholesterol. I was told that they did, and that they were unchanged.

Being a naive and gullible fool, I assumed "unchanged" meant "unchanged"

I went back today for some blood to be taken for my annual review, and spied over the nurses shoulder the computer screen with my details.

Apparently, and the nurse confirmed this, the only thing that was "unchanged" was my Total Cholesterol number. The Trigs were lower, LDL lower and HDL higher. And the other thing that wasn't "unchanged" was my HbA1c because this number was actually 26 :)

Yet more proof, if any were needed, to show that LCHF does not worsen your cholesterol, and that low carb is the way to go if you want to improve your T2D.

As usual, thanks for everyone's help and support.

We are all stars :angelic:
