I win and then lose again as accidents stop my exercise: I picked my 12-14 stone mother up after a fall then did the normal ab crunches that evening, stood up and it was as though I'd torn my left gluteus maximus. My back was seized for 4 days and I'm still in pain. My bloods were perfect with medication and exercise but keeping them down means starving to the point of frustration. Being a hgv driver (WHEN I can find work) means controlling it. I dont eat meat or veg apart from the potato after being force-fed as a child. **** diet- oats and protein shake every morning helps but without exercise I'm stuffed. Getting older means deterioration in many ways and getting the right exercise is not always possible.
