I need help

You could also try cold cuts of meats, greek style yoghurts, fruits (not too much) and many other things. Boiled eggs, veg sticks. depends on your tastes.
 
couple of spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt, dash of double cream, a spoonful of flaked almonds and a small handful of strawberries or blueberries

Once I cut the sugar and carbs my tastebuds seem to have reeducated themselves. Can't cope with anything too sweet these days.
