I-phone Dexcom 1

Just moved from Libre 2 to Dexcom 1. All great as no scanning. However all alarms set for high and low but not working. Contacted Dexcom who intimated that android works better than IOS. Has anyone else had same issues?

Bought an iphone SE 3rd gen, extremely disappointed as battery life is very limited. Only bought it because of MINI only working with carplay. However its going to be replaced soon as sometimes the 14hrs or so that i'm getting just isn't enough

Up date on I-phone and Dexcom readings. Just in case this helps anyone, I contacted Dexcom support who suggested that I change the high and low settings and tone and restart the phone. Too early to say if it worked.
