dear if anyone read these words , if possible advice me for which hospital i can go in UK to treatment my diabetes disease because i am from Iraq , so please could you give me full details about the hospital i can contact and if possble can help me to give me the name of especialist doctor and his mobile number and the name of hospital .

If you contact any British hospital direct( you can find their website) they will tell you what the procedure is. and what the bill is likely to be.

In answer to your question here are two links about the UK Health Services for Foreign Nationals. The first one is in English, the second in Arabic, which I presume is your own language. If different I can provide them in other languages as well. The first place to go is not a Hospital but your local Surgery, GP Practice.

Your first thing when entering the UK is to register with a Local General Practice in the area you intend to live, not a Hospital, or an individual Dr. The leaflets explain it all.
