I saw the diabetic nurse today...

Hello Brunneria, have read the list and the more money/drugs/sponsorship/louder the shout gets you higher up the list. I would not have thought Weight Watchers would be any good for diabetics, they always seem to me to have carbs in most things to fill you up, so to speak, ttfn

I just stocked up on weight watchers soup, and weight watchers low fat cheese.

Cream is not looking promising at the moment. Seems everything containing lactose is on the dodgy list. :(

I know it's not cream but did you know you can get Lactofree Philadelphia? I just bought some in Tesco today (buy one get one free at the moment). Haven't tasted it yet though.

Brilliant, thanks! I'll have a look at the label tomorrow. - My mum gave me a few lactose free options to look at today too. I'm being really strict with myself at the moment though, so I'll have to test some myself and see. - The weirdest things are causing me problems at the moment!

I don't know about Arla products? They do Lactofree Fresh Milk, it just tastes like proper milk, they also do a lactofree cream and lactofree cheese. My local Tesco sell them all, so do Sainsbury's. Morrissons stocks seem to vary though.
