Hello everyone
I have for several years (more than 30) had several blood glucose tests and all been normal. in the last 2 years Hba1c (sp) has been normal. I have been feeling very dizzy and unwell recently. I saw the GP and he thought it was a recurrence of BPPV which I have had on and off for the last 10 years. This is just a bit of background. My question is that yesterday randomly tested my sugar and it was 9.7 then I waited till before supper and it was still 9.7 then when I went to bed it was 9.7 on waking this morning I did another test and it is 8. I am now seriously concerned that I may have type 2 diabetes. Are these readings indicative of Diabetes? Should I see my gp for another Hba1c test? Am I panicking for nothing? All advice appreciated. Thank you
